UK Championships – Congratulations to UK Champions Zharnel Hughes (100m and 200) and Lina Nielsen (400m Hurdles) also HCA members Charlie Dobson (400m) and Scott Lincoln (Shot). There were Silver Medals from Emily Newnham (400m Hurdles) and Shanara Hibbert (Triple Jump). Also Bronze Medals from Hayley McLean (400m Hurdles), Jade Ive HCA (Pole Vault), Zane Duquemin (Discus) and Daniel Bainbridge (Javelin).
