Congratulations to our Senior Men who won the title at the National Cross Country Championships on 2 November at Mansfield. The team was Isaac Hirsham Chandler, Liam Dee, Dylan Evans and Jamie Dee.

Metropolitan League remaining fixtures are as follows – 9 November at Horsenden Hill, 30 November at Uxbridge, 11 January at Welwyn Garden City and 8 February at Trent Park

North West London League remaining fixtures are as follows – 23 November at Trent Park, 1 February at Hampstead Heath and 1 March at Greenford
