    English Schools Championships – For SBH Results Only Click Here

    Took place at Birmingham on 12-13 July.

    Another outstanding Championships for the Black and White vest, with no less than 53 Shaftesbury athletes (50 in 2018) contesting the Championships. Also we matched the 2018 medal tally of 9.

    Congratulations to our English Champions – MARLI JESSOP U17 who ran a seasons best (11.34) in the 80m Hurdles, moving her up to UK No.1, also GLEN QUAYLE U20 who cleared a massive personal best (4.80m) in the Pole Vault, moving him up to UK No.2.
    There were Silver Medals from JOY OGUNLEYE U20 (100m), HANNAH FOSTER U20 (200m) and JAZZ SEARS U20 (Triple Jump).
    There were Bronze Medals from AMELIA WILLS U20 (1500m Steeplechase), AMELIA DALEY U17 (Triple Jump), JOSH WOODS U20 (Triple Jump) and TAIT JONES U20 (Discus).
