Congratulations to our Hertfordshire Champions TARIQ WILD (100m and 200m), DARA APOOLA (100m), AIMI WEIGHTMAN (800m), JAMIE HARPER (800m), GRACE INGLES (1500m), THOMAS PATRICK (1500m), KARA ONUIRI (80m Hurdles and High Jump), BEN LLOYD (400m Hurdles), MICHAEL ADEBAKIN (Long Jump), CALLUM WOODAGE (Pole Vault), CHRISTIANN CAVALLI-WARBY (Shot and Hammer), JESSICA EMERY (Discus) and  ROHAN OYEWOLE (Javelin). We also won 5 silver and 6 Bronze Medals.
TARIQ WILD (100m and 200m) and JESSICA EMERY (Discus) have qualified for the English Schools Championships in Birmingham on 7-8 July.

100m – U15B Heat 2 TARIQ WILD 1st (11.54) in the Final TARIQ won the Gold Medal (PB 11.37) taking .14 of a second off his 14 May time, and is ranked UK No.5 U15 in 2017, also qualified for the English Schools
100m – U15G Heat 1 ISSY COLBECK-ROGERS 4th (PB 13.56) taking .24 of a second off her 20 May time
100m – U17W Straight Final DARA APOOLA won the Silver Medal (PB 12.71) taking .30 of a second off her 14 May time
200m – U15B Heat 2 TARIQ WILD 1st (SB 23.30) taking .26 of a second off his 14 May time, in the Final TARIQ won the Gold Medal (PB 23.11) taking .19 of a second off his Heat time, and is ranked UK No.4 U15 in 2017, also a Hertfordshire record and qualifying time for the English Schools
200m – U15G Heat 1 ISSY COLBECK-ROGERS 2nd (28.0) in the Final ISSY finished 7th (28.12)
200m – U17M Heat 2 BEN LLOYD (2nd Claim) 1st (22.80)
800m – U13G Straight Final AIMI WEIGHTMAN won the Gold Medal (2:30.0)
800m – U15B Heat 2 MATTI HARRIS 3rd (2:22.9) in the Final MATTI finished 6th (2:18.9)
800m – U15G Heat 1 KATIE LLOYD 1st (2:29.3) in the Final KATIE won the Bronze Medal (2:28.5)
800m – U17M Straight Final JAMIE HARPER won the Gold Medal (2:02.9), HENRY FULTON won the Silver Medal (PB 2:03.0) taking 3.33 seconds off his 2016 time, FREDDIE SHIRET 5th (2:05.7)
