ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – Notice (attached) is hereby given of the 125th Annual General Meeting of Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers to be held at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 24 November 2015 at Allianz Park (East Stand), Greenlands Lane, Hendon, London, NW4 1RL. Any proposal for a change of rule or nomination for office as per rule 22 (Nominations, proposed alterations to rules and notice of any business which it is desired should be placed on the agenda must be given in writing to the General Secretary at least twenty eight days prior to the meeting).

Please submit in writing to the General Secretary Philip Cunningham at billylow@ntlworld.com by Tuesday 27 October 2014.

Currently there are 3 club officer positions vacant, which are Coaching Secretary, Eastern Young Athletic League (U13, U15 and U17 Girls) Team Manager and Men’s Masters Cross Country and Road Team Manager. If you are interested please contact the General Secretary by Tuesday 27 October 2014.

The match takes place in the Ataturk Olympic Stadium on Saturday 19 September. We are competing against TJ Sokol Opava (Czech Republic), Playas de Castellon (Spain), Nike Klaipeda (Lithuania), Sport Lisboa e Benfica (Portugal), AD Mass Ljubljana (Slovakia), LC Zurich (Switzerland) and Fenerbahce Sport Club (Turkey).
