BOXING DAY RACE – Took place at Allianz Park, with an excellent turnout of 44 runners, there were free refreshments (all the chocolate biscuits soon disappeared) and many thanks to all who gave raffle prizes; a total of £152 profit was raised for the club.

INDOOR JUMPS TRAINING – Following the success of the 2013/2014 series Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers and North London Network in conjunction with Sportivate, are promoting the 2015 series at Allianz Park commencing Wednesday 7January until Wednesday 25 March.

The training camp will include an introduction to Pole Vault (coached by Angus McKenzie and Allan Sutton) and will also aim to improve the skills and knowledge of Network coaches and their athletes in High Jump (coached by Sue Smith), Long Jump and Triple Jump (coached by Alfredo Melao).

The camp is from 7.00pm to 9.00pm, warm up and registration 6.30pm. Cost (including entry into the facilities) – Young Athletes (U20) & Students: £3 per session, Seniors: £5 per session.

As a member of Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers you can apply for a form which will give you membership of Allianz Park, you can pick up the form from the reception at Allianz Park. Any official coach of Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers gains entry free of charge.
